Honest answers about cost
Small tweaks (new field, changed label, adjusted report) are covered under the optional monthly maintenance plan at ₹1,499/month. Larger feature additions are quoted separately — usually at a fraction of the original build cost since the foundation is already in place. You always speak directly to the person who built it, not a support ticket.
No contract. You pay once for the build and own the software outright. The monthly hosting plan is month-to-month — cancel any time. Your data can be exported in standard formats whenever you want. We have no interest in trapping you; we'd rather earn your continued business because you're happy.
On the maintenance plan, you message us on WhatsApp and we fix it — usually same day for critical issues. We also monitor the system proactively for downtime. Even without the maintenance plan, the one-time build includes 30 days of full support after go-live.
